"Line of people waiting outside at open at 10:00. Staff inside did not acknowledge the people waiting. Finally opened the doors at 10:07. Allowed people who were not in line at 10:00 to check in online when the store was supposed to open, and then helped those individuals that checked in online first even though they showed up at 10:07 as the doors opened. Staff never acknowledged the customers having to wait outside due to opening late, nor did they acknowledge the fact that they allowed others to jump the line due to them not opening on time. Haircut itself was fine; about as expected for a $12.99 (had a coupon) haircut, but overall experience was not great."

"Tried to get my hair cut at Great Clips, a chain i have gone to as for the past 7 years and for most of my childhood too, and was told at 645 that they're closed for the night(sign says 7 and website and Google says 7. I get off work at 630.) Lady at front says we are closed and I pointed at the time and she goes "yeah but it takes too long to cut hair and by the time we are finished we'd be closed. WE. ARE. CLOSED. FOR. THE. NIGHT." I've never been treated that way in my life by anyone, let alone by a business that's supposed to be open when I come there. I've decided to take my business literally anywhere else that will cut my hair and will let friends and family know about this To Owner response: I just did, thank you for their contact information."

"I come at 5 :18 in Saturday and a barber tall me that they close at 6:00 pm and they don't take more appointments after 5:30 but it was 5:18 pm , and a lady tell me see you tomorrow in Spanish! I was talking to them in English, and then she added see you tomorrow! What??????!!!!! You just Lost a customer and a good tip, but Im really happy that the owner gives them so much freedom and free time! I have to add that they only have one waiting customer and that it was 5:18 pm!"

"I’ve gotten really good haircuts here, and really bad haircuts as well. All depends on who you get. The lady I had today was about to let me leave her chair with the choppiest fade I’ve ever seen in my LIFE, and couldn’t even shave my sideburns right. I had to go home and do them myself. Make sure whoever you get has experience cutting hair like you want, or you could easily end up with something really bad!"
