"Got my hair dyed by Shannon today, and she is incredible. Not only did she do a great job, helping me pick and land on a vibrant colour, but she was also warm, friendly and super professional. This is my first time having my hair professionally dyed and she helped me feel comfortable and supported during the process. She took extra care with my 4c curl pattern, and my hair feels soft and moisturized. The salon is cute, everyone was friendly and Shannon is absolutely stellar. Highly recommend."

"I have been getting my hair done by Gabriella Coyazo since she was in beauty school. Gabriella has only made my love for getting my hair done grow more. She is great at helping me to decide what to do when I am indecisive. I have never been let down sitting in her chair. As a blonde who has a darker grow out, I have never been so pleased with how seamlessly my hair is blended. My hair is also always very healthy after going to Gabriella. I will always recommend going to Salon Savvy and getting your hair done by Gabriella! The salon is very cute and very clean as well."

"It really makes me sad to write this review. I have loved getting my nails done by Alison and my hair done by Shannon. However, the owner of the Salon, Nancy, is not client centered and I want other new potential clients to know what you are walking into before you get a good relationship with someone you like. I have been getting my nails done every other week with Alison. Nancy hired a booth rental nail technician, but Nancy, Alison, and the new nail technician Sam were all there when it was agreed that my standing appointments were fine to keep as long as they were at the beginning or the end of the new nail technician's shifts so that her day was not broke up (which Nancy denies ever saying/agreeing to). We have been doing this since the nail tech started taking clients. However, last Friday, something happened and the nail tech had booked over my appointment. Alison and I worked around that mishap. However, while I was getting my service with Alison, Nancy made a comment to Alison that we can move her (referring to me) to Sam from now on since she is a booth rental. I am there...you can talk to me, as I have a choice on who I see for my services. Alison said that she would talk to Nancy and Sam and figure things out before I had to come back later that day to finish my appointment (note, never saying that she wanted to quit having me as a client or doing my nails). When I came back later to finish my appointment since we had to split it up to work around the nail tech, Alison let me know that I was her only nail client and she was no longer allowed to have nail clients. The whole time Friday, Alison never said anything to me about not wanting nail clients or that she wanted to transfer me to Sam...this had never come up. I left a message for Nancy to call me on Saturday 2/11. I had not heard anything from Nancy all week, so left another message on Thursday for her to call me. I did finally get a call on Friday 2/17, but had missed the call. When I called Nancy back to find out what the issue was, I was told that Alison was just a fill in person for nails and that she didn't want to do nails. This was never conveyed to me prior to the "issue" the preceding Friday. I asked why I wasn't told that Alison and at the time Becky were only temporary and were not going to be allowed to keep their clients if we got established...never got an answer. Only "solution" I was offered was that Sam works on these days and I could schedule with her. Alison does great nails and Shannon does great hair. However, Nancy doesn't care about clients and just thinks she can put you with anyone she chooses without actually talking to you the client. It is sad, because Alison and I had our established relationship prior to the start of the nail technician."

"Alison Hess has been doing my hair here for about a year now, and every single time it looks amazing. We have played around with it a lot over the past year and she’s always nailed it. Any different style or color, she knows what she’s doing. Not to mention she’s the sweetest person ever. I have enjoyed getting to know her and loved hanging out with her while she does my hair! Best experience I have ever had in a salon!"
