"I had a man do my nails and he was very rough with my manicure and pedicure. While cutting my cuticles he was too rough and made me bleed. This was the worse mani pedicure ever. He also required payment before the service and when I questioned him, he said it was normal for their salon. He lied, as I figured. Another lady paid for her service at the end. I should have left at that moment, but I will not be back ... ever. He saw that I was black and decided he wanted his money up front. I called his racist are out, but they'll never get my business again."

"The owners used to be friendly. I went there this past Thursday 6/18 with my sister. We were the only ones there. The manicure and pedicure was so rushed. No pampering/hot towels like it was before pandemic. Not kind. The owners never interacted. My fingers are sore from his poor cuticle cutting. I will never go back. So unfortunate because there was a time I recommended them. This is my manicure. Cuticle+ shredding and sore."

"I requested to have a manicure with gel. I did explain to the guy that I just took my fake nails off and just wanted them to breathe. He was saying that that my nails are soft and I should do the dip because it would make my nails harder. I was like fine. He didn’t give me a manicure and he’s like your nails look better. My cuticles were nasty looking and the nails are bumpy. He charged me $30 when we went and said something about not having a manicure and she he nails are lumpy he just shrugged and didn’t say anything. This is very poor customer service."
