"We just completed an install of carpet for our basement/family living area and could not be more pleased by this company. From the very first moment we started our search with them after talking to several other companies in the area we felt comfortable in all facets of their service. Mariah began by assisting us in the showroom. No high pressure. She answered our questions, was patient, turned us loose to look at what we wanted to see and compare and provided us with the necessary information to get started. She ordered samples for us and set up an appointment for an estimator and person to measure. A few days later Steve arrived and did the necessary measuring, answered all our additional questions and wherever we had a potential problem, he offered a potential solution. We then received their quote for all work and materials that same day by e-mail. It took us over 8 days to get an answer from another local company and then only after we repeatedly contacted them. We found their (A&M) price to be fair and reasonable and the estimation of the carpet needed was over 72 sq ft LESS than the same other company for the exact same carpet and area to be addressed. To me this says a lot about the honesty and the skill of Steve when he did his calculations. They ordered and had the materials in less than ten days and the installers arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was complete. I'm not sure if they even broke for lunch. The work was thorough and they left everything clean and without any damage. We are extremely happy with this company and I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. This is the way a professional business should be conducted. My thanks to them for this great service."
