Weber Flooring has the best employees from Sara Calderon in the showroom to the installers, Nato and Raul. Bill in service was extremely professional. It was a total great experience. In fact, we plan on using them again this summer to replace carpets in our bedrooms."

"We have used Weber Flooring for several projects over the years. Our most recent project involved replacing the carpet in a partially finished basement, which required removing and reinstalling a pool table. In addition, we had several squeaky spots in our upstairs bedroom that needed fixing. We worked with Randy Fiocati at Weber on everything. He did a great job with everything ... helping us select the carpeting, and coordinating all of the installation activities. He also provided three references for removing and reinstalling the pool table. We ended up using Steven Stokes. Steve's crew did a great job handling the pool table disassembly and reassembly. Randy was very flexible on changes to our original quote and on scheduling dates. I originally asked them to install tile in a small section of the basement before installing the carpet. I decided to do this myself, and Randy was helpful in changing the quote and scheduling around my installation of the tile. The carpet installation crew that Weber used was great. They pulled up the old carpet in the basement and installed the new carpet with no issues ... looks great. They also cut a piece out of the old carpet at our request that we wanted to put down in an attic space. Then per the quote, they pulled up the upstairs carpet to allow me to fix the squeaky spots in the subfloor while they were working downstairs. When I was done, they installed new pad and re-laid and stretched the upstairs carpet. Everything worked our perfectly and we couldn't be more satisfied with Randy and Weber Flooring."

"Please seek carpet elsewhere. This place deserves a HUGE WARNING. About a year ago my husband and I had the carpet on our stairs replaced by this company. At the time of installation, I asked the man if he even put padding under the carpet due to the way it looked and felt. His response was that he had installed padding under the carpet. WRONG. From that day on, with every step we take, we get stabbed with the sharp tack strip. Have you seen a tack strip for carpet?! It’s crazy painful to step on with every stair! I’ve tried to get in contact with the person who sold us the carpet by calling and by email but they have ignored me. Our money has gone out the window! Honestly worst service and product I have ever spent money on. Not only did the man not install padding, the carpet on the stairs isn’t straight. Looks horrible. The value of product and service they sell is the worst on the market. Better luck going to any of the other flooring locations in Johnson county. Honestly was just going to let it slide but I am quite literally so sick and tired of getting blood drawn! If you reach out to me and fix after seeing my review, I will remove this review and replace with a better one since my attempt at emailing and calling in the past has failed."

"Everyone at Weber is wonderful to work with. Have used them for our medical clinic for all of our flooring needs during 2 remodels in the last 20 years.. Love them because they answer all questions, think of stuff we don't, follow up with treatment and support as needed (1st round of flooring/carpeting lasted 15 years!) and Sara was on site multiple times to ensure everything was done on time, with high quality, and with little oversight needed from us. We will always use Weber for all of our flooring needs!"

"Excellent, efficient service. They showed up on the day and time agreed upon. 1 pt.They did exactly what they said they were going to do and then some. (Points 2&3) Was supposed to take 2 days for installation but they did it one long day. The whole task and crew was coordinated extremely well. (Point 4) Thumbs up to supervisor. Seems he has a lot of experience. Cleaned up and placed furniture back. (Point 5). A lot of home improvement crews could take some pointers here. If I had 5 thumbs they would all be up."
