Meaning if she doesn’t get to take a lunch she doesn’t , if she doesn’t get to eat supper , she doesn’t , if she has to get up early on a weekend , no question , she does it. "I go regularly and Kara is always attentive to my needs. I have an old injury (fractured t11) that gives me problems and do a lot of work on the computer which gives me lots of knots in my muscles in my shoulder and neck areas. She does a great job at working those out and helping to relax those muscles. It is refreshing and relaxing from the minute you walk in. Kara also goes above and beyond to try to work with her clients on availability. She stays pretty busy, so always best to book ahead-- if possible. But regardless, she will do her best to get you in. Highly recommend her services."
