"Salon has room for 10 or 12 stylists . I took my mother to get her hair shampooed and cut . She was very happy . All the staff were friendly and helpful . Also , I saw three men get haircuts while I was waiting ."

"I walked out today. I chose this place because they had good reviews and I just wanted something different. I got there 20 minutes early and they said she couldn't see me until my appointment time. She wasn't there yet. I said "No problem at all" I walked out to van to get a drink and walk back in about 5 minutes until my appointment. Nobody says anything. I waited until 15 minutes after appointment and I asked "Is the lady here yet?" They respond "yeah she is in the back you will just have to wait a bit." Nope sorry she was back there eating I think. If a cut went over the time and she was busy working then sure but nah I left and went to Jcpenny and they did an amazing job. I spent $46 and love it. Guess Innovations didn't want my business."
