"Justin installed a new walk in shower that looks amazing. Suni Maharaj fixed the shower head water flow a couple weeks later. The shower looks nice. Unfortunately, the newly installed shower by Mad City is not functional. 1. The shower head is too high and doesn't move much. 2. The curtain rod comes in about a foot which gives me only 2 to 3 feet of standing space. I can barely move. I used that shower twice since 2/19/24. Its extremely uncomfortable. I was told by Mad City that I have to pay to fix their flawed design. I wanted a shower door, but the salesman said that the shower floor is designed to contain the water so a door isn't necessary. Yeah, right...my floor got soaked both times I used it. I don't know what to do. Mad City will not fix the issues and want to charge me $2,500 to attach the shower door."
