"No matter where I've lived in town, biking or driving (there's a bike rack btw), this store has been closest Asian market, for a while after Dillons closed it was the closest of any grocery (minus Homegrown Food$, R.I.P.), and their inventory satisfies my needs and wants. Cooler in back has a range of fresh vegetables that varies somewhat, with some seasonal selection like spring garlic scapes in. Always the cheapest place I visit to pick up garlic and ginger. They're my go-to for kimchi, rice, kitchen hardware, butane stove equipment, herbal drinks, snacks like that Meiji black chocolate I'm digging right now, curry paste, frozen mackerel, etc. I've always had pleasant interactions with staff, the francophone guy there lately is cute. I could do with a larger selection of the non-m.s.g. versions of the kimchi jars. I basically only ever buy the cut napa and the chives varieties anyways and 95% of the time they have some of the napa cabbage non-m.s.g. jars. I've worked small grocery before so I understand that things run out. By the way if you've not yet paired kimchi and avocado together, please do yourself a favor and do so!"

"I love this place, they have a great selection and good prices. The staff is always kind and helpful. I went in today to pick up a few things and the cashier informed me that they are trying to open a restaurant. They offered me a sample and it was awesome. I really hope they get to open the restaurant as I would be a frequent customer."
