"Love this store. I have always dyed my own hair but as I have gotten older, my hair doesn't take dye as well. I turned my roots an awful orangish yellow brassy color. I went in looking for toner & developer. The lady there showed me exactly where it was & helped me find the correct color & developer. She was so nice & my hair looks great now!"

"I went in went in early today, Sunday morning to pick up some hair color. They had every single color in stock from Artic Fox, and the cashier was SO sweet. She had blonde hair and pink streaks. Usually when I go into Sally's it feels like the cashiers stick their nose up at me. She was very kind and talkative for an early morning. Made my day! Thank you for the wonderful service!"

"I have always stopped in to this particular Sally's on my lunch break to grab hair dye. It has been quit a while so I didn't recognize any of the employees. I was greeted by a lady asking if I needed help with anything. I let her know that I was just grabbing some dye and going to browse for a few minutes, killing time before going back to work. She then proceeded to follow me around, a few wlfeet away at the most, the whole 15-20 minutes I was there. I understand that some shops probably have a shop lifting problem but I was very uncomfortable. I checked out with another lady and told her so. I spent $30 and was made to feel like I was doing something wrong. I will more then likely just go to the one in Springfield on my way home, sucks because it's an inconvenience."

They always take time to personally talk to and connect with customers aside from making relevant recommendations! I can tell Jackie works very hard on keeping a neat and clean store as well!"
