"Sadly, does not return calls or communicate delays in scheduled deliveries. Had a delivery scheduled over two weeks ago now and still have heard nothing from them. I call to ask about an update on delivery and they ask to call me back because they “have several customers ahead of me,” however no return call is ever made. Friendly when made the initial scheduled delivery but very poor customer service and follow up. Following response: I have not ever received a call back. I was scheduled for delivery on 04/03 (not told 2 weeks post scheduled date). We did not have weather that day or days following, however I made the call each time to the office as I never received an update but was actually scheduled for a delivery and told that day and would be called back. Still waiting on that return call that never came. So the response of keeping me up to date is inaccurate. There was equipment issues that led to a delayed delivery, but I was unfortunately the one to call the office to learn that information. It’s 04/18 today and have still never gotten a call back from this office and always done the follow up and inquiry."
