She overheard me mention i needed to change my name in my rewards account & promptly offered to do it for me, as well as check if i needed to change my email because she noticed it was under my old name. That small thing made me feel so appreciated because changing my name was a big deal for me. Seriously an amazing employee. It’s the little things."

"My Mom and I had the BEST customer service experience we have ever had at an Ulta store! Camille (at the Olathe 119th store) went above and beyond helping my Mom pick out several products. My mom has difficulty walking and Camille took it upon herself to run all over the store procuring the items my Mom needed on her list. We both were so impressed with her attention to detail and kindness. Please give her a raise!"

"My girlscouts did 10 minute mini facials at Ulta on 119th and it was awesome. Tommie, the manager was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning and the estheticians worked great with all the girls. They had little treat bags and water bottles for all the girls. I highly recommend this."
