"Easy to work with and great customer service. We had a special order shipment of two different colors of the same tile to do a checkerboard pattern with, and the manufacture had apparently changed the thickness recently. So we got one color in one thickness and the other color in a different thickness, which obviously wouldn't work for checkerboard. Amanda and Brooke were both very helpful about getting things corrected, and getting a rush order to us of the correct thickness. Thank you for making things right so quickly!"
