"Great place for feed and farm supplies! We buy all our feed there."
"Great place to purchase small farm needs. Buy local."
"Very accommodating to unload fertilizer The young little lady in there stayed late for me to unload She was very very friendly"
"As always, the folks there are friendly and take care of what you need. Today was 4 gallons of Kerosene. Quaint old 60's style pump. Guys out on the dock, country boys with the sense of humor to match. Oh, sign on the front door... CLOSED NEXT SATURDAY OPENING DAY OF DEER SEASON!"
"absolutely horrible experience! Lindy Has to be the most incompetent. Inept person I have ever met. There's something absolutely wrong with her. When my cattle panels did not get delivered. She tried to accuse me of doing something false or underhanded. She does not know how to work the computer system. She could not find me in the computer system. She could not find my account. She was vulgar and derogatory. When I went in and after the cattle panels finally got delivered and improperly placed despite my directions. I went in to purchase some kerosene and charge it to my account and she couldn't find my account and told me that I must have closed it. I complained to the corporate office. In Jefferson City and spoke with Nancy. I then spoke with Keith the general manager of the Ozark facility. Even though I had shopped there for almost a decade. It was concluded that they would not be able to do anything about her. And I would have to part ways. I was responsible for returning the cattle panels no offer. Was made to pick them up. Unless I was to pay for that. Pick up. Which was another $25. Then I went in to drop off the cattle panels as a return. And some large buffoon in overalls stood there on the dock smoking a cigarette watching me unload them by myself and they're 16 feet long and 4 feet wide. And after I had them all offloaded he ran over there and acted Like he was just aware that I might need assistance but didn't seem to notice that I noticed him. The only thing about this whole situation is that fantastic brunette girl with the college education Who was completely And totally appalled by the whole situation and extremely apologetic. Even Nancy at the corporate office did not think that there was much of anything that could be done about the situation. So I'm telling everyone right now that I owe them probably about $100 for kerosene. That is the only an outstanding amount on my bill. And I'll get around to it when I get around to it. If you shop there and you run into her, Lindy, Ask for somebody else because you're probably being charged wrong or you're probably going to have problems. Just a warning! To those who might read this. I will not remove it."
