"Just bought my second bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. A bit pricy, but worth every dime. Whitehall Lane 2017. My second trip to Garde Manger, I bought some beef salami and pepperoni as well. That and their new amish cheese was dinner. I will be back."

"What can I say about a perfect shop that compels people reading this review to make the drive, take the time and scoot on over to Garde Manger for an experience! ! I believe the owner helped us (my sister and me) and if he wasn’t, he represents! Garde Manger has fantastic wines, all highly rated with a range of pricing. The small but gorgeously curated cheese selection is a can’t miss-must buy! The jam selection…divine! We sampled an easy sparkling (which I purchased), chèvre with jam (yep-purchased both), and frozen skittles (you guessed it-purchased!). In addition to wine, Garde Manger has unique spirits including St George Terroir Gin (need I say). True to form, I popped into the bathroom and was Impressed. A fantastic, spotless bathroom is telling! Once ready to leave, all my bags were carried to my car! How’s that for topping off an amazing experience!"

They have many items sourced from other small businesses (other than wine) for you to peruse, there are wonderful samples, and the people I’ve interacted with at the store seem to genuinely care about the customer experience."

"Wonderful wine selection with wines you don't see at other stores. Excellent snacks and high end charcuterie type items. A small selection of great cheese. Employees care and are helpful. Great for taking my life up a notch. It's also great gift shopping, especially for adults who have everything and don't need more stuff sitting around, but would appreciate a new or great taste."
