Got the heaters to my business and one of them did not work. Though frustrated, I called Jen over at the store and asked if I could return it to Branson location instead of making the drive back over. With a short hold, she confirmed that I could. Though a tough situation, I was very pleased with the service. I work in the hospitality industry and appreciate it when I receive this kind of service from the retail industry. Becoming rare... "Whatever happened to a local place that offers good customer service? The guy there on Saturday had absolutely no desire to help in any way. It amazes me that places down in this area can stay in business to begin with, but when you have employees that don’t even want to help then they are destined to fail. I will drive the extra hour to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s in Hollister."
