"Update- the owner reached out to me asking for details, then no further response. I have definitely made the right choice by taking my business elsewhere. Signed up for your wait list in Carthage Missouri. Said 25 minutes. Waited until it said 10 minutes. Started to head out for the 5 minute drive. Went from 10 minutes to 0 minutes. I get there and she just starting on a gentleman and tells me it will just be a couple minutes. Gets done with the guy and a 2 people walk in. Somehow one of them ends up in front of me. The stylist tells me it will be another 20 minutes. I asked why it went from 10 minutes to 0 minutes to 30 minutes. She said she wasn’t sure, must be from the walk ins. What’s the point of putting my name on a wait list if people can just bypass it and jump ahead of me? Anyway I went to one of your competitors and waited 5 minutes."
