"My wife and I purchased a chainsaw and what was needed to keep safety in mind. Jay was our instructor and guide. Considering it had been 30+ years since using a chainsaw Jay quickly brought us up to speed as to some of the improvement's made. He and his staff got us completely ready to do our task on recently purchased property. For that, we are thankful. About a week later we came back and purchased a weedeater to help compliment our previous purchase. Certainly if you are needing to add to your lawn care needs, "Town & Country" certainly can fill that need. Additionally, having that customer service is a plus. Many places don't or can't offer customer service. A few places should but seems beneath them at times if you press with a question or present a problem. Wasn't the case here with Jay. The times we came in he was taking care of others. We had to wait which wasn't a issue. When you see with your own eyes customer service in action, the wait ( no matter the length) can be worth it for you knowing that same courtesy will be extended to you. On a side note I was needing to make an exchange on an accessory and watched Jay take care of a gentleman with a chainsaw issue. Something that this gentleman couldn't do. Jay took care of this guy's needs exactly as needed. Even this gentleman said to Jay, he "worked magic to fix the problem." Not for sure you'll get that kind of expert service at a Box-Store. You know the ones. Thank you Jay and "Town & Country" for taking care of us. We appreciate it very much!"
