"We shop there probably once every 2weeks buy at least 50 to 100 dollars mainly chicken feed pine chips but today we was looking at the little chicks and was going to get feed my daughter stood up on one of the flat carts as I was dealing with the problem an employee thought she had to over parent me with a very rude attitude and so when I told her we were leaving the store she would not be quiet and was still going on about it so sorry to say will not be back to a tractor supply and will not recommend to anyone very disappointed with the way they talk to children and the parents"

"SUPER nice ladies were working when I went in this morning!! I went in to get something for my dog’s eye, and they were very helpful with their recommendation."

"I needed to fill a raised garden bed with soil. Looked online, found what I needed for $8.99 per 1.5 cubic foot bag. I drove to the store and when I arrived I saw they had the same product marked at $12.99 instead of the $8.99 advertised on their website. I asked an employee whether they would honor the advertised price; he said I need to ask the manager. I asked the manager on duty, who then said she would have to ask her manager and that I would have to come back tomorrow when that manager is working. I needed a few other things so I shopped, then at the checkout the manager and I began talking again, I showed her on my phone that this was the price advertised for their store on the website and she finally decided she would honor the online price. I said oh that’s great I need 22 bags. Then the manager told me she couldn’t sell me that many bags at that price. I swear I’ve never seen staff trying so hard to not take my $200 for some dirt. Ended up driving to Aurora and found the same product elsewhere for less than the $8.99 that was advertised. You lost my $200 today and my future business in perpetuity."

"I love our local store! The girls up front are always happy to see my kids and I come in and are super helpful and kind! We feel so welcome and enjoy going in there often for our animal needs."

"Used the doggy wash. Good price and easy to use. Think it was running low on the cleaners. No suds to tell with. The wash basin Makes it so much easier to bath my doggys vs at home. Will be going back but will take my own shampoos"
