"Absolutely DO NOT go to Salon 504!! Customer service: terrible!! Results: even worse!! Called and talked to the owner who made it out to be our fault bc we didn’t research the techs work. FOR ONE, when you go to a salon of professionals you expect to get good work! What Alexis wanted was not that hard of a hair do!! FOR TWO, the owner made the excuse that the girl is right out of school. If we had known that we wouldn’t have made the appointment but then tells me that they wouldn’t have told us that to begin with!! THREE, when we called to make the appointment we did even know who it was with, the owners workers asked what day and time we wanted and said okay we got you scheduled and couldn’t tell us who was doing her hair to even research her!! NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"Great environment to spend the day in. They take the time to make sure you get what you like, you don't feel rushed, highly recommend for people with anxiety like I have. Personalities of the ladies working are great. I was over all very pleased with my hair dye and styling, I will most definitely be returning."
