"Highly disappointing service. Ordered our merchandise in early April and received it in late November. Lack of assistance and caring from the owner. Owner said he would come to our house during installation. Possibly he came out when the installation occurred. If he did, he bypassed the opportunity to speak to us and demonstrate any form of customer service. We are not impressed."
