"I'm only giving the 5 stars for the owner/agent. He's insured some of my rentals and listens to what I want. Now the other day I called in with a new homes information and gave it to his secretary like normal and when I was finished she felt like I needed her opinion in that I was a bad business man in that I wanted to under insure the house in its value. There was more said at that point but I ended up not insuring the house with them and will be thinking about any future business with the company I would give a neg 5 stars for that interaction"

When I went looking for the refund from my escrow account, I found out I had a new agent! Bryan Hodges has been very helpful, in working with Allstate to get my refund. He isn't getting a commission from my account, but he helped me anyway. He is a great guy, if I ever buy another home in that area, he will be my agent!"
