You can call at a moments notice tell them what you need one time, they are friendly and very helpfully taking time to make sure you fully understand everything and they follow up to make sure your needs were met And I don't mean an annoying survey. "Worse place to get insurance. Takes them forever to even start paperwork on a claim then they tell you that you are paying for something on the policy and dont cover it when it comes up. An older couple I spoke to about this insurance also had problems when their house caught on fire with this place screwing them out of payments. Now I know why so many people in this town warned me to stay away from them and go with someone else. We are out thousands of dollars on an uninsured driver rear ending us. And we have to pay for everything."
