"Had an appointment for balance and tire rotation today but when I got in the car the check tire light came on. I went to see what tire was low, front left was 11 pounds so stopped and air it up. Ended up with a side wall puncture. They gave us a free replacement tire and rotation with balance and away we went. Fantastic service."
"I had set an appointment for four wheel alignment, however my problem was beyond their capabilities. Nothing against them, my truck is just requiring more than a simple alignment. Robert was more than helpful in having me go to the shop to see what he believed needed to be done and headed me in the correct direction to someone who could fix my truck. I did get a tire repaired that had a slow leak though while I was there. The guy at the front counter (not sure of his name) was not very friendly, and it wasn't the owner, Dwight, I know him well."
