"This store was great to shop in. It was clean the aisles were clear and everything on the shelves was pulled forward to where I could actually shop. This is coming from a person who is in a wheelchair. It's hard to shop some places or even get down the aisle. Kuddos to the manager who greeted me and helped with the doors and having such a clean store."

"The cashier a young girl first off didn’t greet me in any way at all slowly scans my items then came to an item that wouldn’t scan she stands there looking at the register for a good solid minute even after I repeatedly told her that it was 3.50 or 2 for 6 but I was only getting one so 350 she doesn’t say a single word to me ignores my entire existence finally an employee comes up and she asks him to check the price I say well you wanna scan the other three items I have here while he’s doing that she again ignores me altogether pretty sure she never made eye contact a single time he comes back up telling her 3.15 which was actually the smaller size so I wasn’t going to argue however she’s annoyed by the fact that it was cheaper and asks him again and he’s like it’s 315 and at this point she has a long line backed up just completely disrespectful"

"I went to 3 different Family Dollars. It was surprising, how the products differ in every store. The service was good, and they had plenty of help. Even the Manager at one store came out, to wait on customers. I applaud that kind of customer satisfaction!!"

"Very disappointed! So, this past Saturday we went to coupon like every other Saturday and we couldn't find what we needed to get our discount and as we walked out a rude employee stood at the door and asked to check our purses because he said we were stealing, and i explain if they don't have what we need for our coupon's we don't buy anything and we go to the next store. I have been doing this for a very long time and i never had an issue. And employees should check cameras before accusing someone of stealing!!! Never going there again!!!"
