"I’ve been going to a great clip for more than two years and a month ago after my haircut I started a rupture in my skin around my hair. I went to this place saying what happened and the manager wasn’t there. I just told them that maybe some instrument wasn’t zanitized and that caused that on my skin. I sent a message on Facebook to Great Clip to explain what happened to me and they replied that they would contact the owner. The days went by and I think Marco the manager asked me so much what happened and what I wanted. I couldn’t attend to her because I was working at the time. I tried to communicate with her again and I could never. Send me again on Facebook and they told me that the owner had not yet contacted them to solve the problem. In the end, I had to treat the swell in my skin. And these days it is getting better. But I had a very bad time with the burning and the appearance of my skin. The rating is due to the lack of interest in its customers when a problem like mine arises."

"Didn’t appreciate the stylist taking the walk in that came in after me… he was a taller younger better lookin guy.. I’ve been sitting here waiting patiently then Mr Incredible walks in and gets asked “did you check in online” guy says “no” she takes his number confirmed his names and then said “okay come on back”… I woke up excited and ready to start my busy day…. I have a very important lunch to be at and was ready to get my hair done…. Now i just feel pretty lousy."

"This place is great for kids but I’ve been there multiple times and given them lots of chances and they always screw up my hair. This last time all they did the whole time was talk amongst themselves rather than focusing on making sure they did a good job on my hair and in turn, screwed up my sides. Again. If you’re a man, save yourself the headache and just go to Sport Clips."

"Jacquie is amazing. I have curly/wavy hair mix and she did a great job. Not everyone is good at cutting curly hair or layering it. She has long dark curly hair and her booth is 2nd on left if you go there. Photos are of my hair put up for work in front and sides, and after naturally drying. Krista was there this trip and did a great job as well- April 22, 2023."
