"Was stood up by the staff who simply did not show up to scheduled Hair cut and color for 9 year old. This was directly after a traumatic traffic event just a mile away and 30 minutes prior to appointment when a car came speeding through a red light spinning us all the way around! I called 4 times while waiting for police and tow truck frantically trying to touch base to assure them we were coming and may be up to ten minutes late. I left 4 voicemails. Arrived within 5-7 minutes of appointment time to find doors locked! My granddaughter was crushed. I never received a single phone call after that to explain or apologize. And they were going to charge $120 to cut a child's hair and add some color to the tips of the ultimate pixie cut. I have no respect for this type of bad behavior."
