Spring Nails

"i’m so disappointed in my experience at this salon considering i spent $55. i had 3 nails fall off after only 2-4 days! multiple are lifting and it’s only been a week. i went back to get the 3 that fell off back on and they look HORRIBLE. very annoying, will not be coming back"

"I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year and the other day was my last straw as I got the older gentleman. I’ve had him before and it’s always a 50/50 chance on how the experience is. I’ve always gone back because I normally get the same lady and only a few times do I get someone else. I went earlier this week on a Monday like normal when they’re NOT busy. I get a fill every time, sometimes a pedicure. He only gave me a certain selection of colors to choose from even though there is a whole basket dedicated to gel colors. I chose my color and he went to go and find it, but when he came back and I didn’t understand what he was saying, so I pointed back at the color and he shook his head no no, but didn’t say the color was unavailable, pick a new color, nothing. It was supposed to be a dark purple/black almost looking and the end result was an ugly brown. He drilled all my nail beds until they were sore, felt like they were on fire. And kept getting mad when I would flinch because as you can tell by the pictures, he was cutting my skin. My fingers still hurt even after four days. During the appointment, he literally stopped what he was doing, got up and left and was gone for a minute or two and didn’t say a word before or after he came back. He didn’t ask what shape I wanted, if I wanted them short, nothing. I am a non controversial person and don’t like to confront anyone, so I didn’t say anything. When I went to pay, he’s lucky I tipped because that’s who I am. The man stood there waiting for me to write the tip down and once he saw the $5 tip I gave him, he kind of snatched the receipt and didn’t say a word. No see you next time, thank you, or have a good night. After my appointment, I immediately went to another salon in town and they treated me great. Fixed the shape, color, and put cuticle oil on my fingers to help the cuts heal better. I will definitely not be returning, which is sad because like I said I’ve been going here for over a year."
