"I have a 60-year-old house and many of the plumbing parts are hard to find. My plumber recommended Graham. When I walked in with my little ziplok bag containing a faucet valve stem and valve seat, he told me what I had before I even took it out of the bag! He asked me if I wanted brass of stainless steel valve seats and he patiently explained the difference, Also, he sold me new valve stems the were way smoother than the old ones I had. (All of it fit perfectly when I got it home.) We talked for about 30 minutes and he showed me his huge stock of antique ceramics sinks, toilets, tubs, etc. He has every color imaginable and some of them were more than 100 years old but looked like they were made yesterday. The faucet parts to these units he has chrome platted and they all looked absolutely brand new.
