"Terrible customer service provided by Amy W., whom we were assigned, not by choice, through our builder JFE construction. I was never able to speak to her via telephone because she was not available. She only responded via email and was extremely short, rude and did not provide the appropriate information needed to help me make a decision regarding our flooring. The one photo she provided of the floor we selected turned out to be a digitally altered photo and when the floors were installed, they looked completely different than the photo she provided. Again, she only provided me one photo of that flooring type and that was all I had to refer. We were living overseas at that the time so we were unable to travel to the store. Very unhappy with our experience. When this was brought up to our builder they just swept it under the rug, per say, and did not help make a resolution in the matter. Not to mention we paid $12,900 for this specific LVP flooring for only the basement and no one would provide me an invoice to see what I was paying for. Amy and JFE upright refused after multiple requests. I can't recommend Northcraft flooring to anyone."
"Jill was exceptional as I tried to pick everything to build a new place for Crestwood Villas. JFE construction sent me here and so glad I had Jill. I can’t wait to see it all together in the new place. Carpet, tile, stone, paint, wood flooring, counter tops, stain for woodwork. She had vision that I didn’t. Her many years of experience was invaluable."
"Customer service is terrible! We have been waiting for four months with repeated calls to check in on the wait. Our floor quality is terrible. When we moved in there was a huge stain, lots of scratches, subfloor showing through where boards were not snapped together and there are at least three different places where the floor is bubbled and the floor is not even. We keep calling Northcraft asking for a fix and asking for them to honor the satisfaction warranty of their floors and we keep getting told they are waiting for a response."
"Been to this store before and they measured a room for installation but never called me back to proceed with the installation. Went back again months later and there was no trace of me on their systems whatsoever, went through the process again. From the start the people I dealt with constantly took down the wrong information and not following through on their own process for selling/installing carpet. I had to take it upon myself to check in after giving them the amount of time they said they needed to prepare for each step in the process, they never reached out and let me know what's going on or if anything got delayed. Once I called them and figured out what was going on I scheduled Tuesday as my installation day, no specific time they said. Since I work 3rd shift it would be really nice to be able to actually schedule a time to have the installers come over instead of "whenever they pack the van and leave to your address that day". After they actually installed they asked my brother if we had a vacuum to vacuum the carpet, like they weren't provided with one? Why do I need to use my own tools and clean my own house after I PAID you to do it, there are white powdery marks all over the bottom of my walls and some in the middle of the wall from the bottom of the carpet as they moved it, there is a new hole in my wall which looks like it got hit from the bottom up when they were using some tool to install the carpet, and once the carpet was installed they took their tools and left, didn't wipe my walls at the very least. I'm pretty sure when you pay $700 for one room of carpet the LEAST they can do is clean up after themselves, that is literally part of the process. I went in the store a week later and put in the complaint and sent pictures to the lady and the register, I stayed until she said she sent the email to the stores owner and the person responsible for installing, told me I should expect an email for call soon. It's been 7 entire business days and I haven't been reached out to once, that's why I'm here writing this review. How do you expect me to pay full price for this? It seems I had to put more work into getting my carpet installed than they did?"

The installers are professional and work very hard to deliver the best workmanship and when something is not completed as expected are willing to rework as needed. Northcraft Flooring also recently partnered with Summit Homes and Children's Mercy Hospital - supplying all of the materials and labor needed to finish a home with all proceeds of the sale going to the Hospital."
