"I simply appreciate Kim. She's a great barber, a very friendly person, and I can tell she loves what she does. For men, at least, I think her prices are fair, and she stands by her work. After each session she'd tell me to let her know if I didn't like something about it after my hair settled, and she'd offer to touch it up for free, but it's always been fine after the first cut. For men, she also throws in a complimentary beard trim, which I find nice. I don't have any experience getting my hair cut as a woman, but if you're a woman and you have a beard, I bet she'd trim yours for free, too...
