"We had to go search for help in the tea section. Awesome employee assisted us. Light was out at the tea section of store. Clerk at register never greeted us or said thankyou and was on the store phone half the time. She did ask if we had some kind of rewards card. 1st time here. Did find some high quality expensive stuff."
"I am with a state agency that assists people who have disabilities. We came into the store to allow our clients to have healthier choices in their pantry. The stores layout makes it very difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, however we were able to get the items we came in for, it just took effort and in one case two staff members to guide the wheelchair through a very tight area. The staff was not friendly, actually they seemed unhappy about the fact we had multiple wheelchairs in the store and followed us around repeatedly asking if we could be helped. After being followed for several minutes by workers the offers to help began to feel very unwelcoming and slightly hostile. Maybe they believed our shoppers would damage something? We spent over $100 in the store but will not be back."
"Love this store. They support healthy life through organic food, supplements, and education. Affordable staple spices and food in bulk bags, too. Be sure to sign up for their rewards (easy rewards and little gifts at times)."
"I was so sad to see Nature’s Pantry get sold. We knew the owners and loved them. After giving Natural Grocers a chance I am pleased to say they do a great job!! We partner with them with our race company and they provide great stuff for our runners. Also this location is perfectly located next to Little Blue Trace Trail. The parking lot is big and easy to get in and out of even when it’s busy."
