"We call this project our COVID project as we pretty much rushed through the finish up of this relatively small basement space for home office and exercise use. We purchased carpet and LVP plank flooring from Paola Carpet and Flooring. Tracy was more than patient with us as we tried to pick out color and style patterns without having paint colors picked out yet! They let us run home multiple samples to see what it would look like in our homes lighting conditions and offered tons of useful advice and suggestions to consider. No sales pressure, personal service, friendly and knowledgeable....what more could you want? Oh yeah, 2 minute drive! In closing....Tracy, Erin and the final installers were fantastic to deal with through the entire selection process. Way more selection at their store of different manufactures and products than the box stores, plus it was one on one attention and WAY more knowledgeable about the products they sell.
