"I’ve been a faithful fan of Dollar General, but I can say over the last year and a half, the store has gone downhill. It’s dirty and always crowded with stock blocking aisle. At my most recent, staff literally saw me walking in and down the the isles, but shut down the register and locked the doors as i was walking to check out, then just said sorry there’s nothing we can do. The store is not that big, how do you not survey and take notice that there’s still customers in the store?? there were clear and present cars still parked directly in front of the store, passengers in my vehicle, said they made eye with your staff as they were standing outside the store door…."

"I shop at my local Dollar General store and find it very difficult to get around the store. They certainly don't comply with ADA regulations People who need a wheel chair can't possibly shop there. Aisles are always blocked by tall carts full of merchandise I asked an assistant manager about it and he really couldn't answer the question"

"Not bad, somewhat more expensive than the Walmart but not worth the gas to drive another 20 miles or more to save a dollar here.. maybe today of 10 bucks. Which I would spend in gas anyways. The staff pretty nice, cashier seemed a little stressed.. not sure why other than the line was getting long."

"This store is a good place to shop at the end of a season because they clear out last season's merchandise at up to %90 off so they can make room for next season's merchandise. I got some good things to use as general gifts for birthdays or Christmas at incredible prices. A plus size top cost me $3.25 and a garden flag was $1."
