I had her do a pixie - asked for the undercut - which she could not do. Not my usual place for a trim - even my regular hairdresser refers to my style as undercut pixie."

"Absolutely horrible experience I get there just after opening and I'm third on the list to people who checked in online but are not even there a man's name was called three times but he wasn't there for his schedule appointment so I waited then he shows up and gets to go right in front of everyone even though his name had been called three times and he wasn't there this is absolutely unacceptable you need to make changes to your online check-in system you need to train your stylist that if someone misses their name when they check in online they do not get to just jump line it's disrespectful to everyone else sitting there who showed up when they were supposed to"

"Do NOT come here! Save yourself the money. My husband had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Kelly. You can see the results of her work below, please note his hair was already cut this way all we asked her to do was clean up the short part. Basically a buzz cut. She left patches and uneven parts literally EVERYWHERE. The most unsettling though, was how negative her attitude was. She informed us that trimming his beard was "above her pay grade" and rolled her eyes as hard as she could. As she cut his hair she was coughing and said " I have been flemmy for 2 days". She complained thoroughly about how Great Clips offers her no benefits. Joshua was so patient and he tried so hard to lift her mood. She wasn't having it, she said she's is sick of cleaning great clips only to go home to clean her own house. She also offered her thoughts on how she does not like cutting the hair of poor college students. We paid $35 for the hair cut you see below. Only to come home and try to fix it. I think the pictures say enough. Horrible face to your company!"
