"I came here to rent a set of ridgid megapress jaws for my pro-press tool, and I was told they don’t rent the megapress jaws without renting the entire ridgid pro-press gun I told them countless times I only needed the megapress jaws, but they assured me it was the same price to get both. Upon returning the tool I was charged for renting both the gun, and the jaws. The sales counter individual told me I could have rented then separately... if you’re going to use total tool I’d be weary about which counter sales individual you use."
