"First of all, not one person came to me to see if i needed any assistance. After all, I was in that corner of the store for a very long time until i decided to yell loudly that I needed assistance. Still nothing. I then began to whistle for help. Then, finally, an "employee" showed up. Please read on. This leads me to.... secondly, the employees are very uneducated with regard to any of their products! I always hear the excuse that they don't pay us enough to know anything, and that is also why they can't hire anyone. I very much wanted to say it, but I reluctant kept b it to myself. I wanted info on a couple of pneumatic staple guns. The "not so much of a worker" could not answer questions about the tools. I walked away and told him I would go somewhere else. He responded as if it really didn't matter to him one bit. This is the 2nd time I have encountered these problems in this store. Needless to say, I will never step foot in that store again! (So I will just recommend Lowes Roepark, KS, as the best store to get your best tools and supplies. That's where I ended up after looking into a few other stores, including other Lowe's stores.)"

This is what a hardware store is all about with knowledgeable people that know what they’re talking about. All I had to do was show this manner oddball screw and he went right to it."

"Great local hardware. This hardware store is a local landmark. In an old brick building, the entrance to the store is open and inviting. They may not have the lowest prices but they are fairly priced and have a great selection of almost anything you need hardware related. These staff are friendly and care about your experience. The services section is conveniently located in the front of the store. Home Depot might have better prices, but you're going to have a much better experience at the store and get in and out faster. The last two times I came to get something I was in and out in 10 minutes no problem. And don't forget the free popcorn!"
