"Took my girl to get her hair braided. We arrived around 5-6pm and stayed till 12:30. That wasn't exactly the only problem. The woman doing her hair kept rushing, getting side tracked talking to people on the phone and braiding while watching TV. She hurt my girl multiple times and was told not to onot the start of braids because my girl is tender headed by me, her co-workers, and another customer. She knotted the braids anyway. At around 10pm it was obvious she began to rush and complained to co-workers about dealing with to much hair while Standing over customers. When finally done they finally mention cash only and no refunds, not before, but only after. Terrible, unprofessional place."
