"Wish I would have read the reviews before I went. Braid are uneven with "bubbles" in them. All they care about is selling their hair products!! Not doing quality braiding. I should have stopped the braiding when I had to make her redo one whole side because the braids were uneven and the sections were too big. She didn't part with a comb. She just grabbed pieces of hair. Not good braiders at all. Poor quality work. They want you to pay before they braid because they know their skills are horrible!!!"

"Should be no stars with the owner attitude*****Went in for medium knotless braids was told box braids last longer I advised I want knotless she starts putting box braids in I examine braids told them I don’t want box braids Sonja owner gets combative She can do micro braids really good but SHE SPENDS MORE TIME TRYING TO CONVINCE YOU TO GET THE STYLES THAT WANT TO DO and don’t even do them fight I got right up out that nasty hole and told Sonja I will pass h On their service today she got combative again still trying get me to get my hair done I gave this shot 2 chances never in life will I go back to this nasty shop food on the floor her kids jumping from chair to chair over the customers"

"If I could give it 1/2 star I would because the owner Sonia in our text communications NEVER said anything about a non-refundable $50 deposit fee. I had an emergency procedure which was not expected that came up the day of my appointment. She texted me to ask if I was on my way but, I was at the doctor's office at the time. Afterwards I texted and called to request the refund of my $50 which she then advised was non-refundable that I sent through CashApp. When I advised her that I had an emergency, she could care less and said she told me it was non-refundable (which SHE NEVER DID) in ANY of our text messages! She doesn't even have her so-called policies on her own website! BEWARE of this scam, rip-off artist who could care less! She will NEVER get my business EVER in life!!!"

"Please don’t go here. I had a terrible experience. Initially I came in asking for a specific hair style and they said they could do it. She spent 5 minutes convincing me not to do it . I had the hardest time expressing what I wanted , which was just simple knotless braids. I was offered product to buy and it’s not even used on my hair while they are braiding so why would I spend $20 on a jar of grease that you don’t even use on the customers.Once I was finished , one of the girls insisted I put it in a pony tail. I didn’t know why until I got home & realized my parts aren’t straight at all .they are literally crooked. $200 later! The one who makes all the decisions did a terrible job , I will never go back."
