"The person who did my nails clearly had no idea what they were doing. First instead of soaking off my gel-x tips they tried to pry off remaining nail glue. I winced a few times but then the older gentleman did it again. I got acrylic with gel on top and tips. The way he filed, he rubbed against my skin. When he was filing my nails he hit my skin / cuticles several times with the metal drill bit. Then to make matters worse, after the acrylic was on and he was done "shaping" it. The shape was was crooked. When I told the other tech at the desk he simply said I will talk to him. If you are going to charge $65 plus tip for this kind of service take the time to properly train your nail techs."

"My daughter and I went to go do our nails for Christmas- gel mani and pedi on Saturday. The lady that did my nails didn’t conversate with me besides to ask me what color for my nails. When my nails were about done, a lady came in and complained that she had her nails done earlier this morning as acrylic nails came off. I paid $214 for mani and pedi with shellac. The next morning I woke up and I had a nail that had no polish on it and one was hanging off. Mind you this wasn’t even 12 hours after I got my nails done. Throughout the day a couple other nail polish came off. The nail shellac nail polish was so poorly done that all my nail polish peeled off like it was kids nail polish. I called after they were open and the guy said I could come get them redone for free. I told him that I lived an hour and half away so it would be a while before I make it back there. He wouldn’t give a refund. He said he could take my name and number down so I can tell them I was getting them done for free next time. I was trying to give him my name and number and he disappeared on me. Like he hung up on me. I would never recommend the lady that did mine or the place at all. The lady I had she didn’t even tell me her name, but she was shorter, thicker and was wearing bougie thick heels. She kinda had blondish brown hair."

"Went in for a dip on my nails and before I left the legends that day, two fell off. They fixed those two, got home and lost another and another. Do not waste $60 on a dip, it won’t last. This was Saturday, lost a fifth nail today."

"Normally I LOVE this place, I randomly come when I need my nails done for events or vacation. I am really disappointed to leave today with smudged GEL nails… I have gel polish on my fingers which she could have removed. The gel is uneven and I don’t think she gave my right hand enough time to cure."
