Great Clips

"I checked in on my way there. When I arrived I was next in line and two people after me. First off, a man walked in and instantly got helped from an open male stylist. The other stylists called him out because that client had not even been checked in yet so they allowed us all to get skipped. I finally was seen by a woman with short grey hair with highlights. I thought it was going fine but she didn’t compare the length between both sides so after I got home (tipping half of what the total was) I had to cut more hair off because there was a good inch to two inch difference between both sides of my head. It was noticeable from the front, my layers are so uneven length wise as well. The atmosphere and the talent is subpar and a waste of money honestly. Now I remember why I stay away from anything great clips."

"Had an appointment on Sunday Feb 18th 2024. Who ever was working those hours apparently don't know how to handle thick long hair. Took both my granddaughters there to get haircuts. One has long thick hair. Asked if they could wash and cut, told me it would be $8.00 more. I said go ahead let's treat her. Saw this lady getting ready to start cutting her hair. Had her hair up in clips pulling on her hair with a hairbrush saying oh my gosh all these tangles while violently brushing her hair. My heart ❤️ stopped, thinking how soft headed she is and the pain of this lady pulling on her head.I immediately got up and said you know what forget it. Don't you guys use a wet comb, after shampoo and conditioner. The other gal, said you don't want to do that it will make it worse. Well I have been to other hairdressers and that is what they have done, without charging me for a shampoo. The wet comb goes right through the hair with very little pulling.This place is for old little ladies without hair,or bald men. They don't know how to handle a full healthy head of hair. Horrible attitude doesn't need to work with the public."

"Stopped in around 12 today and Missy did a phenomenal job! She was extremely nice and gave me advice on my hair. I woke up in a depressed mood and she was just so kind that it turned my day around. You never know what people are going through and kindness goes a long way! The rest of the staff were also friendly. Thank you!"

We chatted about my job and her family the entire time. As she was cutting my hair, I could sense how detailed she was being with my hair. I appreciated her cheerful spirit and careful attention to me. It was comforting!"
