"DO NOT GO HERE!!! My mother, sister, and I went here for mani/pedi’s and to get our eyebrows arched. I paid for everything except my sister’s nails and I paid before my sister actually got her spa pedicure done. After she didn’t like her nails she decided she did not want the spa pedicure so I asked for a refund. When he didn’t give me the full amount that I paid I started adding everything up and she had overcharged me. Going back and forth with them they kept changing the price even though their prices were posted. He kept speaking broken English like he didn’t understand what I was saying. Mind you, I individually tipped the 3 ladies who did our eyebrows and the 2 ladies who did our mani/pedi’s. Oh yea, even though I was paying in cash I noticed a sign posted that says “4% charge on ALL debit/credit transactions.” I live up north and NONE of the Chinese nail salons out here charge for debit/credit transactions. Only in the predominately black neighborhoods. I will NEVER EVER go here again!"
"Made an appointment the day before and arrived 15-20 minutes early. Upon entering the salon, no one acknowledged that we had entered the facility. After picking out our nail colors, we sat for 5 minutes and no one said anything like how could we help you. I got up and waited to be acknowledged and said we have an appointment at 3 and wanted to check in. The guy (possibly the owner) was just looking at me like okay and but just said okay. I noticed that as other people came in, this same person immediately asked them can I help you? Do you have an appointment? I left because this was not the first time I noticed rude and dismissive behavior from this person."
"Rude, impatient staff per usual. You get charged $5 for having a single nail fixed. I work in a restaurant and my nails will mess up after a day or even a week. The first nail tech I approached was rude. No surprise! The second just sat in her chair like a deflated potato. No surprise. The third actually did my nails and always does a mediocre job. Always rushing and rude. The nail color she grabbed 127 wasn't 227 as I told her. And she had the nerve to yell "hey" at me. They all start speaking their traditional language. No surprise. And they're all sitting while on their phones. No eye contact or concern. No surprise on the poor customer service. They don't care and neither do I. But because I patronized (dumb decision), I will not tolerate their disrespect. I'm sure I made that clear today."
"The guy at station #2 took the best care of me today!!! He did my nails and toes, which he said himself he doesn't normally do. I love him!! His customer service was the greatest I've ever had at this location and any other nail shop I been to. I really appreciated it and it really made my day."
"I recommend a friend and she was very disappointed. I felt terrible. The guy tried arguing with her to the point she shed tears. I'm definitely not recommending any more people. Edit: My friend informed me that there was another tech who was willing to fix her nails. She claimed him to be nice, polite and very patient. I'm glad the situation was able to be turned around. But I'm sure my friend won't be returning."
