The Glam Room

"I’ve been to this salon a total of 4 times, the first two times with were with Christian. The first time i just got a haircut and I told her of my concerns with my very thin, easy breakage hair that I also have a lot of so it makes it knotted very easy and hard to brush! She was very careful not to be to rough and cut was also very good! I loved the long layers she added. She was so good I decided to go back a second time but it was very different this time.. I had originally made an appointment for highlights and a cut then had last minute changed my mind to just a cut. Everyone changes their mind so I didn’t think it was a huge deal but I could tell immediately after I told Christian the mood had changed, she was silent and didn’t talk to me the whole appointment… she was being extremely rough with my hair even though I told her again of my sensitivity and how easy my hair falls out. I tipped her very generous because I felt bad knowing she would be making less money that day because of me (something I didn’t think much about before and that is my fault). Regardless, I still don’t think she should have been so aggressive with my hair while knowing of my salon anxieties. Now on a positive note.. the last two times I went to the glam room I booked with Justin! The first time for highlights and a cut, him and his assistant did an amazing job on the cut and highlights and they were super careful with my hair! The second time also amazing, I couldn’t recommend him enough.. good conversation and excellent service."
