"This is pretty much the only nail salon I feel comfortable going to. If I have a question about the service or the price, the owner himself explains everything to me and we'll even compromise with customers so they can have the best experience possible. Excellent work!"

"Have been a regular customer to Mimi's Nails for a few months. Staff prioritizes customer needs & wants and communicate well as a team. I often come in with questions about nail health and strength and they provide appropriate information and care accordingly. When I come in with reference pictures they exceedingly meet expectations for a great price. I have visited multiple salons before finding a minimal, friendly, and subtle location to comfortably get my nails done! In and out walk ins with upmost respect and consideration for their clients!"

"i really love it :) first time getting dip and it’s amazing. she cut my cuticles and everything. love all the customer service towards me :) Though, i don’t like the customers. The customers were so ghetto and rude to the staff, they were so loud also. The woman who sat next to me won’t shut up. Whenever i come to get my nails done, i expect a clean and quiet environment and i didn’t get that. Also, the nail scrubs are not supposed to be reused, they had that next to the sink. You’re supposed to have a bin for used and unused nail scrub brushes. having every customer reuse the same nail scrub can spread bacteria onto the nail. but it costed me $57 for dip + $1 tip, i won’t be coming back possibly because i already go to Plaza Nails to get my nails done, just went here because my auntie wanted to."
