She is super personable (so you’re sure to have a good time while in her chair) and can also do a wide variety of designs! I love how I can come to her with some pictures and an idea in my head and she always brings it to life so beautifully! 1000% recommend Nicki and this salon in general!"

"Very dissatisfied, very time consuming ,1hr on a color change on natural nails none of my cuticles were cut off my nails, the job was UBER trash my nails are clumpy and ugly for $60 never in my life has it taken 1 hr to get my nails paint not to mention that was JUST my fingers , my cousin got her toes and nails finished before I was done with a SIMPLE polish change . my time was wasted and I’m very upset for choosing to come here , this was my first time here and my ultimate last !! This service was beyond under the table quality IM PISSED!"

"I got my nails done Saturday. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and she didn’t seem very confident so I selected a different design, and she said she could only do it in gel, not regular polish. They didn’t have any baby blue or powder blue colors so I selected something darker and it looked so lumpy and sloppy. I asked if she could redo them in regular polish and just forget the design that I wanted. They said I still had to pay the price for a gel pedicure which I understood because they still did all the work involved. I got a manicure as well in tips for each of the technicians separately. I tipped them pretty well. The misunderstanding was not really their fault, I knew I never had gel on my toes and wasn’t familiar with the product and that I was settling for a different color. What was so disappointing was waking up the next morning to a chipped nail. I’m not a crazy sleeper, I didn’t do any heavy lifting, I have never had a nail chip within 24 hours of having them done. I called and left a voicemail and asked if I could schedule as soon as possible to have it fixed and no one ever called me back. This place came highly recommended for speciality designs but I left so disappointed and even more so the next day when my nail chipped."

"I’ve been going to Sassy nails since November of ‘22 and they never cease to amaze me. I get my nails done at least once a month and I always leave super satisfied. They are the only salon to be able to get my shape right! My nails are always super smooth and they’re not too thick like some salons do. They have all the colors you could dream of and they do well with keeping up with trends. Amazing work as always!!"
