"I'm new to town, been here for a little over 3 months, the entire time searching for a salon. Had my husband ask the ladies in his office where they went, read reviews (lots and lots of reviews) and never could find anything that really made me feel like this is the place. Somehow in all my searching I never came across Rio. One day at a last feeble attempt before just giving up this spot popped up and I started reading reviews checking out the website and something just felt right. I emailed and waited 24 hours knowing how busy salons are and was worried maybe spam grabbed my email or it was buried in the inbox so I called and the woman that answered the phone dug and dug until she found an open appointment with Roberta, I jumped and fast it was a unicorn time slot within a week of me calling. Ladies you know we don't turn those down. The inside of the salon is super cute, they house tons of my favorite products, Olaplex, Redken, and many others. I met Roberta and conversation flowed easily, she is simply lovely! I'm so picky, I was thinking this woman will hate me before we get started, I have the best worst hair and she nailed it! Finally my hair felt so healthy and was laying perfectly. I immediately scheduled for my next appointment she was that good. Leaving the woman at the desk was telling me places to check out in town and stuff to do. Finding them was worth the wait, if you haven't been here and you're looking give them a call, don't sleep on this salon they are worth it!"
