Downloaded the app this morning, got an appointment super quick. Not even as long as the app said. Went in got seen by Ms. Kathy. She fixed me up really quick. Will be going back 100%"

"I had to wait to write this review until after I had stepped away. That to be said, I’m still angry. I told the lady what we wanted. Did she hear me through her arguments and commentary? This was my 13 olds first day of school hair cut. I regret not doing it at home!!! What don’t you understand about blended layers with the shortest point being 2 inches below her chin? We also said we didnt want them looking like bangs. Her hair takes forever to grow out so we will most likely be able to correct the ugly gap. We are miffed. I will never go back there again. This isn’t the first time that same lady missed something, or argued with me, etc. She lied and said she couldn’t razor cut my daughters hair and that it would tangle. Liar. Im just still as mad! I gave her a tip but NOT because I was happy, only because she did a service and the world is hurting financially. When people do a great job, I tip to reflect it. I would have preferred not even paying for the garbage due that my daughter begged me to try to fix. I made it clear it wasn’t right and we both saw when she started messing up and overcorrecting. I shouldn’t have been charged. Will post photos of what we showed we wanted. Thanks for ruining her last first day of Middle School with a haircut that looks like my daughter did. Below is what we asked for (razor cut and the exact same hair texture) with the shortest point being 2 inches from her chin. We wanted the edges SHARP."

"Haircuts are cheap for a reason, got on the wait list and it quoted 20 mins and then waited a bit before heading over but never got a text update during the quoted time so headed over and waited an additional 30 minutes before getting in the seat. Haircut is average quality so I would suggest spending a bit more if you can afford it and go somewhere else that will be better value for your time and money."
