"Update: 1/20/2024 I spoke with Dane and he made it possible for someone to come out and observe the issues on January 8th. I was told that someone would contact me to resolve the problems and I have not heard back from anyone since then. While I appreciate Dane and his professionalism, I am still very unhappy with this company's ethics. I will update and rate accordingly IF this ever gets resolved. _______________ We went in and looked at carpet and found one we liked. We were given an estimate for carpet, padding and installation with dimensions of a 13x22 room. After their "mapping", they also came up with 13x22 however, the price went up over $800!! Because we were in a situation where the room had to be done ASAP we bit the bullet and did it. During "mapping" they asked if we wanted the carpet edges tuck & rolled or just laid flat. We went with tuck and rolled because it looks nicer. They asked what side of the room we would like the splice to be on and we told them the right side if you were facing the kitchen.We had all but appropriately 4 feet of the carpet tack board so the 4 feet was an additional charge which is fine. However, what is NOT fine is the VERY POOR job they did installing the carpet. First of all, the carpet we chose is NOT the carpet we got. It's close, but not the same. We chose one that was a greyish tone with some blue undertones in it. The one we got is ALL grey. NO UNDER TONES! The splice is on the wrong side so now it's in a heavy traffic area. They cut the carpet to short right at the entry way so some of it isn't even tucked! They left a HUGE MESS so they didn't even respect our home. When I vacuum that corner of the carpet pops up. We have 2 more homes to install carpet in and we will DEFINITELY NOT be using this company. Paying more than quoted is irritating, but NOT taking pride in workmanship, disrespecting a person's home and not installing carpet correctly is absolutely unexcusable."

So I was very excited to see how many options they had for carpet and hardwood flooring and many more! Josh was awesome. He really took the time to find out all of our needs. What we liked, what we were looking for. I’m most thankful for how much time he took to really help us understand what the carpets were made of, pros and cons and same with the hardwood flooring. "We needed flooring for our bathroom and wanted to look at remnants first.. we found this business and we were in St. Joe anyways, so we decided to stop and see.. the gentleman that helped us showed us a great selection and helped us form ideas of what we wanted. He even let us know what we would need to install the flooring, and offered to find the items for us! We encountered three workers there and every single one of them were very nice and professional. We definitely will be returning there for all our flooring needs, even if it is quite a drive for us! We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase and the service there."
