"I came into the store right at open. There were two stylists, and was told that they didn’t have enough people to curl my hair. I was offered a cut when I came into the store so how does that make sense when they have enough people to cut my hair to wash it and dry it but not to curl it??? Seems like the employees don’t want my money or they don’t want to work. I will not be back."

"Normally get decent hair cuts from this place, been going here for about 5 years. But today the girl I had, did not do well at all. Asked her to cut the sides of my hair as close to skin as possible, she didn't. Pulled my hair her scissors and the sides are uneven as all hell. Not worth the 20 dollars, probably gonna find a new place to get my haircut."
"They charged me an additional $13 because my son picked out a hair cut from one of their books! "If I would have showed them from my phone, it would be different " however he found it in the book after an 80 minute online checkin wait and you upcharge me $13. Customers beware. Dont let your kids pick out of a book unless you want to pay $26 for a sub par hair cut"
