"I was with other insurance companies when I was younger and it was always a hassle to file a claim. I have all my insurance with Kristi and Jake and have had a few home insurance claims. The end of Oct. 2021 I had an issue with my vehicle and had to get it towed quickly. I called a tow company and was able to get it to the repair garage before they closed. They covered the tow without a problem. I have never had such smooth service. I might be able to get a lower rate somewhere else but I highly doubt I would be able to get better service.
